This vintage grainy footage is the earliest known record of The Millard Bros. in concert. Unfortunately, it occurred during a monsoon which meant the film crew had to duck under cover with the crowd, distorting both audio and video. The musical question, "Who'll Stop the Rain?" quickly turned to the more urgent interrogative, "Who'll save the gear that's getting soaked?" With little left to lose, they applied a little Friend of the Devil to sort it all out, but apparently God didn't take kindly to that and upped His game.
